How to Delete Your Account and Data

If you wish to permanently delete your Dewangan Sangi Sathi account and all associated personal data from our systems, you can do so through any of the following methods:

Method 1: Inside the Mobile App

  1. Open the Dewangan Sangi Sathi mobile application.
  2. Go to Settings or your Profile section.
  3. Tap on Account Settings.
  4. Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen confirmation.

Method 2: Via Email Request

You can request data deletion by sending us an email. Please ensure you send the email from the address associated with your account for verification purposes.

  • Email: support@sangisaathi.com
  • Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • Body: Please state that you wish to delete your account and provide your registered phone number or email address.

Important Note on Data Deletion

Upon account deletion, all your personal information, photos, preferences, and chat history will be permanently erased from our active databases. This action is irreversible. Some data may be retained temporarily in secure backups for legal or security compliance before being fully purged.
